Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or refund as per the policy.

📌 Return Eligibility Criteria

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
Products must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact
A valid proof of purchase is required

⚠️ Damaged or Missing Items

Damaged Items:

Report within 24 hours of delivery
Share clear images of the damaged product
We will arrange a replacement or refund based on availability

Missing Items:

Inform us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel
Provide order details and missing item information
We will investigate and respond within 1–2 working days
If confirmed, we will send the missing item or issue a refund

💰 Refund Policy

All items are quality-checked before dispatch
Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 5–7 days of delivery
Requests after 7 days will not be entertained

Refund Details:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection
Payment will be made via bank transfer or store voucher
Only the product amount will be refunded (shipping charges are non-refundable)
